Payment Information We accept all major credit cards for web, phone and mail order purchases. We also accept money orders (shipment could be delayed an extra 5 days until the funds are verified). US Funds Only. Florida Sales Tax will be added to orders placed by customers residing in the State of Florida, Returns If you are unhappy with any products you receive from us, you may return them undamaged, within 30 days of the day we shipped them, and we will gladly refund your purchase price, minus a restocking fee of 15% of the price of the item(s) returned. Shipping charges are non refundable. Returns must be done with approved authorization only, otherwise will not be accepted. You must ask for the authorization within 10 days of receipt. We will replace any item (depending on availability), or issue you a store credit. All products must be returned in original packaging. To qualify for the refund, however, the product(s) must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of the original shipment and in the same condition we shipped it (i.e. resealable as new, undamaged merchandise). Please repack the products carefully for the return trip to avoid damage in transit. For our customers' protection, we destroy all credit card information after 30 days and therefore cannot credit your account if the products are received after 30 days. If you believe there will be a problem with the product reaching us within the 30 day period be sure to contact our customer service by email to make special arrangements. We reserve the right to revise pricing and not be bound by typographical errors. In some instances, manufacturers change the design of their products and you may not always receive a product exactly as pictured and described. You will always receive a product of equal or greater value. Any claims or suits for personal damages due to the use any of our products needs to be made against the manufacturer directly.
